TOWER The Spinnaker Tower built in Portsmouth Harbour's Gunwharf Quays is now open to visitors. Travel up to the 3 Decks in the panoramic outside lift (scary) or the internal high speed lift (for the more faint-hearted) to see wonderful panoramic views of the Historic Dockyard, Portsea Island, the Isle of Wight and much of Hampshire from 110 metres above the Harbour, supposedly one of the best views in the country. http://www.spinnakertower.co.uk |
